Pre-Shipment Test Completed for Heavy Loaders

A complete batch of customized heavy-duty wheel loaders has successfully passed full pre-shipment test runs at our manufacturing base, marking the final quality confirmation before official overseas delivery. The equipment lineup covers three mainstream heavy loader models, including big bucket loader, big front end loader and big front loader, which are widely applied in large-scale mining operations, port bulk cargo handling and infrastructure construction projects. To ensure stable and reliable overseas operation, our professional quality control team conducted 72 hours of continuous cyclic testing, comprehensively verifying power performance, hydraulic sensitivity, load-bearing capacity and overall operational stability. All test results fully comply with international construction machinery standards, and all customized configurations operate stably under simulated real working conditions.
As the core model for high-volume material stacking and loading, the big bucket loader features an ultra-large reinforced wear-resistant bucket as its core advantage. During the pre-delivery test, technicians simulated long-term continuous loading of ore, gravel and construction aggregates to inspect bucket structural stability, dumping efficiency and anti-wear performance. Equipped with thickened high-strength steel cutting edges and optimized bucket side plates, this big bucket loader effectively resists impact friction and structural deformation under full-load working conditions. The hydraulic lifting system maintained stable pressure output during frequent start-stop and lifting cycles, with no oil leakage or abnormal jitter. The whole machine achieves efficient material shoveling and low spillage rate, greatly improving on-site loading efficiency. All potential hidden risks such as pipeline aging and structural fatigue were eliminated through repeated heavy-load tests, ensuring long-term stable operation after arriving at the customer’s site.

Meanwhile, systematic performance testing was completed for big front end loader focusing on steering, braking, transmission and front-end working systems. Different from ordinary medium-tonnage loaders, this big front end loader adopts an upgraded articulated frame and heavy-duty drive axle structure, specially adapted for complex and rugged working environments such as mines and stockyards. The test team simulated narrow-site turning, full-load climbing and emergency braking conditions to check frame torsion resistance, control accuracy and brake heat dissipation performance. After 48 hours of non-stop high-intensity operation, the machine showed no abnormal deformation or functional failure. All hydraulic connectors and fastening parts passed pressure holding tests and torque inspection, realizing zero-fault debugging before shipment. The optimized front-end mechanical structure ensures flexible and stable operation, meeting the high-frequency operation needs of large engineering projects.

The
big front loader in the batch also completed all-round pre-shipment performance verification. With balanced load capacity and flexible mobility, the
big front loader is highly suitable for port bulk material transshipment and yard stacking work. In the test process, technicians assessed empty vehicle flexibility, full-load cycle efficiency, fuel consumption and overall operation stability. Repeated shoveling, transporting and stacking tests proved that the optimized front loading arm structure shortens the single working cycle and effectively improves daily operating throughput. In addition, we simulated alternating cold and hot temperatures and long-term idling working conditions to detect the sealing performance of hydraulic cylinders, dust resistance of transmission components and the stability of the electric control system, avoiding equipment failure caused by long-distance sea transportation and environmental changes.
Our factory implements a strict three-stage pre-shipment testing system, including static component inspection, dynamic cyclic test and extreme working condition simulation. All loaders must complete all inspection items before packaging and delivery. According to different application scenarios of mining, port and construction, the QC team formulated differentiated testing standards to ensure targeted performance optimization. All test data, operation records and inspection reports are archived electronically, providing complete quality traceability and reliable after-sales technical support for global customers.
The person in charge of the factory quality department stated that pre-shipment testing is the core link to guarantee overseas product reputation. Heavy loaders are usually deployed in high-intensity and harsh working environments, and any minor equipment failure will affect project progress. Therefore, we always adhere to strict testing standards, completely eliminate potential faults in the factory, and ensure that all delivered equipment can be put into formal production immediately after unpacking.
Before dynamic testing, all key components such as bucket welding seams, front arm hinge points and hydraulic assemblies underwent precise static inspection and non-destructive testing to exclude internal defects and assembly errors. After all tests are qualified, the equipment will enter professional export packaging procedures. The front-end working devices are fixed with anti-collision brackets, key parts are wrapped with wear-resistant and moisture-proof materials, and the whole machine is coated with special marine anti-rust paint to resist salt fog and moisture corrosion during long-distance ocean transportation.
In recent years, our heavy loader products represented by the three core models have been exported to dozens of countries and regions, winning wide recognition from global customers with stable performance and strict quality control. This batch of fully tested loaders will be shipped from Qingdao Port soon, serving overseas mineral development and infrastructure construction projects. In the future, we will continue to optimize product performance and pre-shipment testing systems, provide high-quality customized construction machinery equipment for global users, and help customers improve construction efficiency and reduce operating costs.
